Welcome to Digital Sanyaas. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Learner”, “User”, or “you”) and Digital Sanyaas (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website (digitalsanyaas.com) and our e-learning platform.

By creating an account, browsing our course library, or purchasing any course or bundle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To register an account or enroll in courses on Digital Sanyaas, you must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent if a minor) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

  • Accurate Credentials: You agree to provide true, current, and complete registration details, including your real name, valid email address, and phone number.
  • Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
  • No Account Sharing: Each account is granted for individual, single-learner use only. Sharing your login credentials, transferring access, or permitting multi-user concurrent logins is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.

2. Course Access & Limited License

Upon purchasing a course or bundle pack, Digital Sanyaas grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license to access and view the digital video lectures, curriculum materials, and resources for your own educational, non-commercial self-study.

  • Lifetime Access: "Lifetime access" refers to continuous access for the operational lifespan of the course and platform. In the event of curriculum deprecation or major platform restructuring, reasonable notice will be provided.
  • No Transfer of Ownership: This license does not convey any ownership rights, copyright, or intellectual property title to you. All rights not expressly granted are strictly reserved by Digital Sanyaas.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Piracy Protection

All content published or streamed on Digital Sanyaas — including but not limited to video lectures, audio files, curriculum structures, lesson notes, code exercises, graphics, quizzes, trademarks, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Sanyaas and its content creators, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and anti-piracy laws.

You strictly agree that you will not:

  • Record, capture, rip, download, scrape, or extract video lessons or audio tracks using screen capture software, browser extensions, automated scripts, or third-party download tools.
  • Re-publish, redistribute, sublicense, lease, sell, broadcast, or publicly display any portion of our course materials on torrent sites, Telegram channels, YouTube, social media, or other third-party websites.
  • Modify, decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, or circumvent any DRM, encryption, or digital access controls protecting video streams.

Notice: Our video playback infrastructure utilizes digital watermarking and dynamic security tokens. Content unauthorizedly redistributed can be forensically traced back to the specific user account, resulting in permanent blacklisting and legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.

4. Pricing, Orders & Payment Processing

  • Pricing & Taxes: Prices for individual courses and bundle packs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices and promotional discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed via our authorized gateway partner, Razorpay. By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
  • Refunds & Cancellations: Because our products are digital content granting immediate lifetime access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Student Conduct & Platform Integrity

While using Digital Sanyaas, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security, server infrastructure, or network stability.
  • Harass, abuse, defame, or use hate speech in any student community forums, feedback forms, or support communications.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, malware, or phishing scripts.

6. Certificates of Completion

Course completion certificates are issued to learners upon completing 100% of the lessons, assessments, and curriculum requirements of a given course. Certificates are digital badges of achievement certifying personal course completion on the Digital Sanyaas platform; they do not constitute formal university degrees, government diplomas, or licensed professional certifications.

7. Educational Disclaimer & No Earnings Guarantee

Digital Sanyaas teaches digital skills, marketing strategies, workflows, and business concepts based on professional experience. However, we make no guarantees or representations regarding specific financial earnings, business revenue, client acquisition, or job placement.

Individual results vary significantly based on your personal effort, consistency, prior experience, market demand, and execution. You accept full responsibility for any business decisions or investments you undertake following our courses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Sanyaas, its founders, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our courses or platform.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific course or pack giving rise to the dispute.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke course access immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach these Terms, participate in pirated content sharing, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or compromise platform security.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Digital Sanyaas shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. The courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to accommodate new platform features, courses, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
